PAKTIKA, Mar. 12 - Four U.S. tanks were destroyed as a result of the separate Mujahideen's planted mine blasts in Paktika province through Thursday, Mar. 11, 2010, according to the report from Paktika province.
Two of the U.S military armored tanks while traveling in a convoy were targeted by bombings in the Kayan district of this province in the afternoon hours of Thursday, while another two of the American tanks got hit by blasts elsewhere in this district, later on Thursday morning, the Mujahideen officials said, adding four of the U.S tanks were completely destroyed in the explosions killing as many as 2 dozens American soldiers traveling in the tanks.
