KAPISA, Feb. 22 - On early Monday morning, two consecutive blasts killed or injured some 15 French troops in Tagab district of Kapisa, according to the report the soldiers were on foot patrol in Tatar Khel area of this district when they encountered a planted landmine.
Following the incident, the rest of the soldiers who had survived the bomb attack opened firing at the a taxi cab martyring 1 civilians and wounding four others.
