25 join ranks of Mujahideen in Wardak

WARDAK, Feb. 18 - Twenty five soldiers of ANA associated themselves with the Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate on Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2010, in Wardak's Chak district.

The report states twenty five Afghan soldiers including a commander surrendered themselves, handing over 2 ranger vehicles, 4 rocket launchers, 4 other heavy arms, 4 P-K machine guns 24 Kalashnikov rifles and 8 Walkie talkies to the Mujahideen, adding the surrender came after a prior contact of the Mujhideen with the soldiers who had been given the guaranty of safety of life and property in accordance with the Code of Conduct of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.

On the other hand, the surrendered soldiers declared waging Jihad against all the foreign occupation forces.
