At least 40 U.S soldiers killed in Marjah

HELMAND, Feb. 24 - Seven military tanks of the U.S. troops were destroyed in separate bomb attacks through Wednesday in Abdullah Qulf, Camp, Kariz Sadi and Sefen areas of Marjah town, Nad Ali district of Helmand province.

Some 40 U.S soldiers have reportedly been killed in the bombings that targeted seven of their tanks in Marjah.

Separately, Mujahideen attacked the U.S troops in the stated areas, causing the Americans further losses and fatalities throughout this day.

In another news, the NATO and U.S troops backed by their Afghan puppet soldiers, after having faced ten days of hardship and hunger in Marja, the other, invaded the civilians house in Sefen area of Marjah and resorted to ransacking the deserted houses whose residents have left the area due to ongoing war, and seized the civilians food stuff and other things besides killing their cattle.
