Bombs kill more than 10 Allied soldiers in Helmand, destroy tank

HELMAND, JAN. 25 - In Helmand's district of Sangeen, a bomb planted yesterday near Khan Muhammad outpost killed 6 Britain and Americans and wounded some, besides damaging the facility, forcing the enemy to flee from the area whose sensitive electronic equipments such as cameras, binoculars and some other important stuff were seized by the Mujahideen.

Likewise, a NATO tank on Monday was hit by bomb strike in the province's Khansheen district, killing the foreign soldiers on board.

Also Monday,in an encounter with the Mujahideen, some 4 British and American soldiers were killed and another 5 wounded in Babaji near Laskar Gah, capital of Helmand.

However, no Mujahids have, by the virtue of Allah's bounty, been harmed during the battle.
